We worked with Ella on major backyard renovation taking a completely blank canvas and turning it into a backyard retreat that included a pool with spill over spa, a full-service cabana, endless landscaping, and of allot of furniture. Ella immediately grasped our vision and was able to turn it into a reality. She gave use meaningful and practical ideas from fabrics and furniture, to cabinetry and colours. We were so impressed and satisfied with our experience with her that we immediately contracted her to completely re-design our daughter's bedroom, which was also a complete success. I was looking for a designer that had the same taste as I did or was able to see my vision so I came across Ella's website online and loved all her photos. She helped me with my master bedroom, family room/kitchen area and the foyer. She went above and beyond with helping me make the right decisions. When I wasn't sure about a design she would source one until I was happy with it. She created custom furniture that I would never be able to purchase in a store that suited my space and my vision. I can't tell what a difference it has made hiring Ella to help create a beautiful space that's also functional to our lifestyle. For the first two years in my house I dreaded walking through the front door knowing I would see a half empty, badly decorated, awkwardly shaped living room. Many nights I would lay in bed trying to come up with a layout and plan and I simply could not. Then enters Ella, who beautifully designed many rooms in my close friends house. Ella has worked with our family for over 4 years. I found her using this HOUZZ app because I needed help on a small project ( I wanted to change my front closet door). I was skeptical because I have had negative experiences with other designers. But Ella was very different. She took the time to get to know me and my family. She was patient and kind as she developed a relationship with me to understand my style and budget. This was huge for me as most designers I have worked with want to push their style on their clients. This is NOT ELLA! She kept me informed about everything. She was always available when needed. She is very professional. She has a large network of contractors and suppliers and she will work hard for you and your family’s needs. She is now a staple in our home. Whenever we need help she comes through. She has transformed our home throughout the years because the more we work with her the more I want her help with other things. She is family.
This is our 2nd time using Ella for our staging needs and she came through yet again! Our house had some specific features that may not have appealed to everyone but Ella was able to stage the house in such a way that the emphasis was on the beauty of the home overall! Ella pays huge attention to every detail and doesn't miss a beat. She started with suggestions for the exterior of our house and every inch of the interior. We got connected to Ella from a friend that had used her services, I was very impressed at what Ella had done for my friend and we hoped that she could help us decorating our Living & Dining Rooms. Ella did not disappoint, we had recently painted and had the floorings done, so Ella had empty rooms for the most part to work with.
